so you have an ethernet connection to sky box from powerline adapter is sky phone line also conencted to a phone socket?
if a MK3 master is fitted correctly then you should not need filters on any other extension socket
So its a few week later and I appear to be sat right at the bottom of my service range.

your connection time is only 17hrs is that due to router dropping connection or manual reset. your noise margin is high at 12.9db as normal is about 6db and the DLM will correct it given a stable connection but may take a few weeks. if you can't maintain a stable conenction then you may need engineer to find cause
It was a manual restart of the HH5. The speed has been slowly dropping for the last few weeks. I did get 11kbps for a while.
Do you know, or can you estimate how far you are from your cabinet ?
