FTTP Availability

Checking on OpenReach, FTTP is available on the property address, but on BT the website, it informs me that FTTP is not available. Any ideas what to do?

Re: FTTP Availability

@ab0

You would need a working BT Retail phone number, before the database will show the correct details.

If you do not have a phone number, then you will have to place an order for a phone line first.

@Keith_Beddoe

We have a working landline. Used the landline number as required to check availability of FTTP, but that made no difference.

Re: FTTP Availability

I assume it was a BT Retail phone line, is that correct?

If it is a BT retail number, then call the FTTP Team on 0800 587 4787, they should  be able to help.
