Hi, I hope somebody can help.
My FTTP keeps dropping out, still connected to Wifi but says no internet. It can be off anywhere from a few seconds to 30 minutes. This has been going on since we had it installed but now seems to be getting more often and for longer. I've seen a previous thread regarding a firmware update that can be added to my hub but the thread is over a year old so not sure if still relevant.
Really need this sorted as my child with ASD keeps losing it every time he gets kicked off his game.
