Really having tough time in getting FTTP order executed. Its been more than a month now since they installed the boxes on my head but unable to start the services due to wrong details given to engineer. After calling everywhere (almost!) in BT, I am still waiting for some satisafactory answer.
Does BT have any point of contact for escalation (other than FTTP customer service, complaint forms, Live chat, Customer service email).
