It may or may not be TOOB. The only reason I say that is because I’ve seen that same Black Box posted on pics about them but that doesn’t mean it’s unique to them as they’ll buy it from a Manufacturer who probably sells it to multiple different Network Providers all over the World.
There are now over 75 Alt Net Providers throughout the U.K. so it literally could be anyone
You’re best off asking your new neighbours and or Googling FTTP Providers for your Post Code to find out exactly who owns it.
Problem with most Alt Nets though is you are tied into them or Providers of their choice as they don’t have to Wholesale out the Network to every Tom, **bleep** and Harry like Openreach have to.
