Re: FTTP available but not showing on BT?

So Openreach recently finished setting up FTTP in our area and I can already see it showing as available both on the Openreach website as well as some competitors such as Sky.

But it still doesn't show up as an upgrade option with BT, where I would prefer to stay as a current customer.

How often do these offers update? Should I expect them to pop-up within days/weeks or should I just go with one of the competitors and save myself the wait?

Go in as new customer when you get to checkout it will ask if you've got a BT number and will offer you the upgrade.

try phoning FTTP Team 08005874787 and they should be able to confirm FTTP available and help you get moved to FTTP and probably digital voice
