FTTP install - Civil team needed

Perfect! The interior install is already complete as the install engineer did this on the first visit and the ONT is wired up to the external box. The only remaining work for the install is to run the cable from the duct into the grey box on the exterior of the house :).

Hi @Datwoop Openreach will still likely want to book an appointment, the engineer needs to test the broadband after completing the external work to sign the job off.

Ah of course! Hopefully they don't just show up or there will be a good chance I'll be at work!

Might have to contact them and see if I can arrange a specific date.

@Datwoop you should be contacted to make those arrangements, it likely won't be until after Tuesday due to the bank holiday weekend.
