Re: FTTP installation of ONC question

The survey has nothing to do with BT. Once the order is submitted it is all down to Openreach to organise and survey if they deem necessary.

Re: FTTP installation of ONC question

As said but screwed up the dates itntiaklu so it actually is in this case their fault. They need to talk to each other to update the customer. Am buying a service and need updated.

Re: FTTP installation of ONC question

I assume "itntiaklu" means initially. Again that is down to Openreach. I agree they need to talk to each other. BT is Openreach's customer, you aren't. If Openreach don't inform BT then they can't inform you.

Re: FTTP installation of ONC question

I am BT's customer that is the most stupidist thing I have ever heard someone say, it was probally a swear word the forum picked up on cause annoyed.

But one positive thing virgin decided not to charge me a leaving fee must be cause of covid etc, if anyone wants to leave virgin do it now they might be in same frame of mind,

As soon as i hit the order button on bts web site I am a bt customer not an open reach customer !

Re: FTTP installation of ONC question

I didn't say you weren't BT's customer.
