I've been given a customer number a reply from Openreach from someone in the Infrastructure Solutions dept. I will ask about an ORDI (Openreach Database Integrity) check to be raised.
I apologise for the delay in providing an update on your Case. I have looked in to this and can see that there is a Capacity issue which is preventing any orders to be placed. I have contacted our Capacity Team to see if/when there will be a capacity increase. I expect to have a response by 18/04/18 and I will be in touch as soon as I have an update. I will be taking ownership of your Case and will see it through to a resolution.
So that sounds quite positive. Although as I said previously, other people can order FTTP who share our cabinet so I cant see its a capacity issue.
The Openreach website now says that I can order. Very weird. Guessing that someone has now realised a mistake was made and flipped the switch. I've ordered FTTP. Exciting. Fingers crossed they dont change their minds.
