So i finally got Fibre installed to the property today, cables fixed to the outisde of the property and box on the inside. Everything was going good....until the time to switch on. It appears as though BT have got our property listed as being connected to a different CTB. The one for our property hasnt been routed yet. Anyone have an idea of whos fault/problem this is and if anyone has an idea of how long to resolve the issue?
