I am not surprised by any of the rubbish that comes out of Openreach any more dreadfuil company.
Just had my update for today.. yesterday Openreach confirmed all the work was completed and today was the day to get a new date... todays update informs me that Openreach now claim the work has not been done and won't be done until June at the earliest.
You cannot make this **bleep** up.. the OR work IS done, I saw it being done and the OR guy told me it was done.. and I have a rope ready for the cable.
Feel so bloody helpless and not having broadband is a pain the **bleep**, and the minihub is just a waste of time.
At least the exec team are nice but they dont seem to be able to do much anyway
