Family member has a fault

A family member has a fault on their line, is there still a way to report on their behalf to try and get it resolved quicker? They are also with BT. I'm an openreach engineer

Family member or you  can phone CS 03301234150 from mobile and report fault.

That is the standard number for a BT customer
