So I’ve been having problems with my internet. No DSL signal into my flat and so my hub has just been flashing purple.
I went on live chat and logged the fault, which ended without them being able to fix it, so they arranged for me to have an engineer in two weeks. At first this appointment appeared on my fault tracker but now I’ve looked, and this appointment has completely disappeared. So I’m not sure if the engineer is still coming or not.
Any help would be massively appreciated.

You can contact BT via Live Chat and the Operator should be able to advise you what is/has happened.
