Since the middle of april we have had constant connection issues.
On the 6th of may BT sent an engineer to fix this issue and he checjed everything inside the house including the hub and the master socket. Then procerding to tell us that it is the fault with the green box down the road. BT have since reported the fault fixed even though nothing has happened since to fix it
Thanks for posting and sorry you're still having problems with your connection. Can you try connecting a handset to the master socket behind the master faceplate and dial 17070? If there is noise on the line you'll need to report that as a line fault to 151.
