Hi all.. long story short - ceased previously and have since come back to by. Was on 80/20 service and getting around 60mb plus.
what I don't understand now is that despite the attainable stats looking ok and being on fibre 2 I am only getting 55 down and 10 up - it's like the profile is locked low.
spoke to BT and they weren't sure of the issues.. likewise a new order on address is showing 80/20 being available.
any ideas on how I could resolve this? Stats as follows.

You would appear to be on the Fibre 1 product and not Fibre 2.
Check what your product is showing in your MyBT and thereafter contact BT and report the problem.
You've been provisioned at Fibre1 rather than Fibre 2. Speak to customer services and point out the error of their ways.
Thanks for the reply. That was what I suspected - it's just getting through to someone who knows how to fix it ... haven't had much luck so far.
