Fibre Broadband Drop-outs.

Hi People hoping to get some advice and help as Im at the end of my tether with this one.

The issue I have been having has been going on for months, but recently has got very much worse recently

I have been have constant broadband dropout total random around 5 or 6 times a day, I have been in touch with BT and they the normal thing check NTE and run there tests by which they say on the phone that there is an intermittent fault, probable a corroded joint, engineer came out on the 16th of this month and also the 23rd they could not find a fault on the PTQ test he checked the pole and above joints no success.

To sum up where do I stand because in the engineers words when they run there tests if the fault does not present its self there is nothing they can do, surely this is not right need some advise because if I ring them they are just going to send another engineer out and its going to be the same again.

Regards

PS all internal issues have been ruled out. Thanks people.

Re: Fibre Broadband Drop-outs.

Post hub stats. If hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

enter phone number and post results. https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Are you currently using test socket with filter to eliminate faceplate even if filtered and any internal wiring problems

did you check quiet line test?
