I had a problem back in January - an engineer came out and said that a new router was going to be sent.
i had a follow up call that I was satisfied - said nothing had been received - just checked and it says I said that the fault was fixed - I never did and it still is not
how do I get this sorted?
You need to phone 151 and get engineer back and see if you can get a new hub at same time
Doubt it was an Openreach engineer, sounds more like a Qube one. You won't get an engineer to come to your home before 1st June or later (I believe they are booked up until the 21st as of this afternoon).
