I already have BT Fibre - my query is, when I now check on BT broadband deals (my immediate neighbour is now interested in BT Fibre) it only say broadband is available. The "my offers" on my account also says the same. This means I cant easily see what other packages are avaiIable to me and it appears my neighbour now cant have BT fibre. I live on a large 1960's estate in a village just outside Ipswich and the local exchange has been fibre enabled for some years. I raised this with BT as I assumed it was some sort of webpage error - they insist that although Fibre is available in the area, it is now not available in my Road to BT but may be able to other providers. However, putting in a postcode 100 yds from me (and on the same exchange) shows various BT Fibre deals (including Fibre 100 which I did not think was available in our area). Whilst their explanation may be true, I don't fully trust I have been given correct information.
Do I assume I was just one of the lucky ones in my Road as I was an early adopter and now it is hard luck for anyone else in my Road to become a BT Fibre customer? If this is the case, will BT ever get a further allocation of slots in my Road? Is it even possible that a provider has no slots in one Road but in several neighbouring roads they still have slots?
Just don't understand so would appreciate advice - my postcode is IP8 4HP
If you are a BT broadband customer enter your phone number otherwise use address and post results. Post code is least accurate

Thanks - I used the phone number checker and it produced a massive list of info including my phone number at the top.
I can't see how to copy/paste this or am I supposed to post the link to the results (that would show my phone number though?) - sorry if I have misunderstood
Use the camera icon
Take a screenshot and post it after editing out your phone number.
Hopefully that is what you are asking for!
That shows FTTC available on your cabinet. If you know neighbours number can you try that or use their address and post results again please
Neighbours as requested - BT broadband deals page shows this as "broadband up to 3mbps"
This is what BT Broadband deals page shows for myself and my neighbour
That's because the cabinet is full and there are no spare ports for any more Fibre connections. Hence it shows waiting list in the checker.
