Fibre Upgrade no change

So, we received our switchover date from BT and a nice new shiny Smart Hub 2, the new hub is installed and the switchover date has been and gone however we're getting download speeds of 10mbs at best, not what I'd expect from fibre

What speed were you guaranteed  in the email you were sent?

If you put your phone number in the checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL and post a screenshot of the results we can see what speed you should expect. Remember to edit out your phone number before posting.

It is strange, if there's no difference then there really was no point in BT switching us over, I've looked at the emails regarding the switchover and there's no mention of speed other than 'BT fibre is up to 3x faster than standard uk fibre'

Not sure I know what "post stats  HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information" means, can't find anywhere to show HH6/SH2 stats?

if you go to hub manager then advanced settings then technical log information (not logs) you will see the required stats

You haven't been switched to fibre yet, you are still on ADSL.
