Fibre installation

I need to contact BT re a text they sent regarding installation date, when calling, the disembodied voice says there’s a 30 minute wait.

I can’t find an email address for fibre installation department, anyone know of one, or is there a better time to call them on the phone?

Thanks for trying, but the disembodied voice on that number said there’s a 30 minute wait, so I was hoping to try and email them.
