Fibre outage and poor service from customer support

We and a few of our neighbours have been without internet for over 48 hours. Automated text messages from BT said that the issue would be resolved by 6pm on day-1. This then changed to 9am on day 3. It's now 4pm on day-3 and no update. What's worse is that I rang support on day-1 and was told that a mini-hub would be sent out to me to get us online. I rang today to ask where my mini-hub is and was told that there was no record of this being ordered for me! So we've been sitting here with no internet for over 48 hours and the mini-hub that I am entitled to as a Halo customer has not been sent out. To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement.
