Fibre to the property......... getting fitted no new pole........

I have a new build property that has just been finished.  Upstairs is residential and has a residential line, downstairs is a business and has a business line.....Copper lines were fitted.

The pole on the road has fibre to the property and all the properties around us can get it....

The pole on the road was too far from our property so we had a new pole fitted on our land, then the line from that to the building.  Just a normal line was fitted from the fibre pole to our new pole.

We are the last connection on the line from the exchange so only see 2meg and is very unstable.  Anyone any idea if we could get the fibre pulled over to our pole so we can upgrade?  And whos best to contact to try and get it done?

Below is the same pole our is connected to, all FY6 0HN has it.... except us as our pole we had fitted has copper lne from the poe on the road

**bleep** pic but showing the last pole on the line.  It was too far from building so a pole was fitted on our land and a normal copper wire installed.  ALL other properties show available, both our residential line and business line we have show not........
