Fibre upgrade - promised speed not delivered....

Hi - On 8-June I spoke with BT as I got a letter saying today is my switch over day to fibre broadband. Speed on 8-June was 9.7 mbps and was told it would be 3 times faster. Just checked today after upgrade and it is only 10.3. Anyone else been promised speeds that have not been delivered?

Make sure there's no noise on your line 17070 option 2 best with corded phone.
