Re: Fibre with Halo - way off minimum speeds?

It is a new hub, delivered today.

Last year, with the old hub and BT broadband, I regularly got 30-50Mbps.  However, in the past year, the connection seems to have slowed a great deal, hence 'upgrade' to another BT plan that said it 'guaranteed' a minimum of 30Gbps.....and thus my disappointment that the new tarif and hub is delivering no more than I got from the old set up before today.....and nothing like the speed when I first signed up to BT at this house 4 years ago.  Things seem to be moving backwards!

If you only were able to get between 30/50mb then that is all you line can handle and upgrading to a faster package was not going to improve your connection speed

still need dslchecker results

You should be getting 50+ speeds. You are going to have to ring it in.
