Firmware update

Hi,

I have just noticed on this post, https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Fibre-broadband/slow-broadband-speed/td-p/1953074/page/2, that the firmware version v0.07.08.11237-BT was updated on 30/04/19.

My firmware version, v0.09.06.05093-BT, has not been updated since 14/08/18.

How do I go about getting it updated please ?

Just wait for it to happen. Nothing to lose sleep over, no-one knows what it was supposed to fix as BT never announce it.

If it works, don't try to fix it.

Hi @pippincp ,

How long do I wait ?  It will be a year soon.

 

I did just wonder if it was a contributing factor to my daily disconnects and reduced speed.

Firmware updates are automatic and nothing you can do but leave connected  the different firmware  is very unlikely to fix your disconnection problem

Hi @imjolly ,

I they are automatic why have I not received any in nearly a year ?  Looking at the numbers it seems as though there have been a lot.

There is nothing you can do bar wait and stay connected

I know there is an update for my show but like you just need to wait
