Will be interesting if you can find a phone, as if there's noise on the line, then we'll know that's causing the problem.

If you are now in test socket with a filter then can you repost your router stats to compare

So the enginner attended and tried everything he could but said there was no visible fault and there was nothing he could do to improve the speeds. He suggested i needed to arrange a "boost engineer" visit, how do I go about doing that?

As far as I can see, the down stream Noise margin is 6.1dB ? So its synched about as far as its going to get as 0.1dB is only going to gain about 1k ?

Yes. When I first moved into this house I had 65Mb sync with a different provider, after switching to Infinity 1 it was locked at 55Mb as per their cap. Since the switch to inifinity 2, the degredation has become apparent.
