Frequent connection drops with HH5 ( PPP LCP Send Termination Request )

Since I migrated to HH5, I am losing Infinity connection every 10-20 mins, for 30 secs, with "PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]" message, after that it reconnects without any issues. I have seen posts here about fixing the channel for smart wifi, which I did, also some posts about a firmware but I don't know how to do that.

 

I have setup a constant ping from my computer, to monitor the connection drops. The drops occur more often when I actively use internet (i.e. at evening time) and they perfectly coincide with "PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]" messages in the HH5 WAN logs.

I read both threads before posting, I can not see what the recommended course of action is? I saw another solution about fixing Channels (OpenRG patch) and followed it, but this didn't help.

switched back to openreach eci/r and never had a connection drop since (4 days now). HH5 is really buggy. Hope it gets fixed soon.
