Re: Frequent disconnections - multiple times per day

Go to solution

Hi @drewb,

I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you today.

The reason for my call was to see how things are with your connection following the engineer's visit? I ran a few checks on your line and its looking good so far.

I think is best to leave it for a few days, I'll follow up with you again on Monday to see how the connection is performing.

Thanks

PaddyB

Re: Frequent disconnections - multiple times per day

Go to solution

Its been raining all day and the line has been rock solid.  The sync speed and max rate is much higher than we have ever achieved so I would say it is looking promising and switching the line from the property back to the cabinet has worked.

@drewb that's a great result I'm glad it appears to be sorted. I'll make sure that @PaddyB gets your message on Monday when he's back in the office.

Re: Frequent disconnections - multiple times per day

Both disconnections (posted above) since Engineer visit seem to be related to remote management.   Is this an issue with the hub?  Firmware seems to be up to date.

@drewb it's likely DLM is recalculating your profile as lines are often placed back in a 10 day training period after a repair has been made. Can you post your router stats instead of the log?
