BT in their wisdom decided to compartmentalise FTTP all in one place - FTTP team - so all enquiries/problems are referred to them until that changes there is nothing that the forum can do to help

Well at least it wasn't delegated to the call center only. 🙂 Crazy tbo because ' the Forums have always had 'in the main' the correct advice solution. and not a blue screen menu driven solution. Maybe they took a leaf out of Microsoft 'Did this answer fix it for you' ' still waiting for MS to implement ' NO IT F'ING DID'NT'
