Wonder if someone can help... I recently joined BT about a month ago and the fastest option I had then was Fibre 300 for £49.99 a month... I now see they are offering the Full Fibre 500 for the same price. I spoke to someone online via chat and they said that the Value Team will be able to sort this out for me.
When I rang 150 from my phone, the person said that I could have that package but for £54.99... this doesn't seem right to me, seeing as I'm a recent new customer. How can they offer this for new customers but not honor it for recently joined customers on the 300 plan?
