Yes, valid point....900 is overkill, however one should get advertised speeds and a router fit for purpose imo, both for wifi and wired. Although im sure the small print in contracts cover that...

 

most things work fine with speeds of 25..

 

ill revert back to 500..

no ISP will guarantee a connection speed over wifi as there is to much interference

I’m pretty sure it already states that the quoted speeds are to the hub .
