Full Fibre Download Speed 13MBs?

Hi why is download speeds of 13mbs acceptable according to your app? I’m on full fibre and getting less speeds than my broadband package. Im in the same room as my hub.

if you are using wifi then try ethernet connection

are you connecting to 5ghz network

guarantees are connection speed not download speed
