Hi all,
I signed up for a Full Fibre business package with BT, and my installation has now been cancelled three times by Openreach. Every time I’ve called BT, I’ve been given a different excuse, either the engineer was ill or they didn’t have the right equipment.
This has now caused a three-week delay to my business, and I’m getting nowhere with customer service. No one is taking responsibility or offering a clear solution. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when reliable connectivity is critical for running a business.
Has anyone else experienced this? And how can I escalate this to actually get it resolved?
