Full Fibre "not available" but next door neighbour has it

Hi

I've been trying to sign up for full fibre. My entire village is fitted with full fibre and my two next door neighbours have it; however BT tells me that it's not available. Just metres away my neighbours get 910Mb!

Spoke with call centre and they couldn't really help, but I can see the fibre termination points on the pole right outside, two go to my neighbours but there are plenty of spare sockets.

I've run out of options! I really want full fibre! If an OpenReach engineer looked they would plainly see it is available, seems like an error on the system.

BT suggested I fill in a form online and they'd contact me "when it was available" but this seems like a waste of time if it's already there but the system is wrong!

Has got ideas of what I can do?

Thanks!!
