Full Fibre?

Hi there BT Community.

Today I decided to upgrade to Halo 2 -  Fibre 250 (was already on Ultrafast 2 Plus) but while I was looking around on the BT site I found what appears to be a whole other deal, Full Fibre. Now I'm just wondering what is different between Full Fibre and Ultrafast as when I put my details in to see if I was eligible it said I wasn't. My connection is FTTP and in a cabinet so just how different is this "Full Fibre" to what I'm currently on?

Thanks 🙂

Re: Full Fibre?

Hi @SUB-ZER0GAMER ,

FTTP is not delivered from a cabinet.  Are you on G.fast by any chance ?

According to the checker (grabbed a snip of what it shows me) I can't get "Full Fibre" yet I'm on Ultrafast Fibre 250. Here's the link to the Full Fibre page. https://www.bt.com/broadband/full-fibre This is sort of confusing me

Re: Full Fibre?

Your checker says "Network is at capacity" so that maybe why you can't order.  I checked my address which also has FTTP installed:

Great news, you can get Full Fibre

You can get a Full Fibre connection with Ultrafast Fibre 250. See below for your personal speed range.

Re: Full Fibre?

Yes and confirms you already have full fibre. As posted though the network in your area is at capacity ATM. Plans will be underway to increase capacity.
