G.Fast Speed dropping again.

A couple of weeks ago my G.Fast connection dropped from 119 Mbps to 72 Mbps but my upload speed did not change, I did a speed test and the system acknowledged I had speed problem and the fault number was given.

On the 31st of May the fault was fixed so I rebooted my router and the speed went up again to about 102 Mpbs, today around 6:50pm my connection dropped and returned but again the download speed dropped to 55 Mbps but my upload speed has stayed the same as before does anyone know the reason for this.
