Ordered a broadband GFast on 5/8 for the work to be carried out on 25/8 , nobody turned up.
Upon calling BT I was as told that there needs to be some work done re-routing etc, then I have recently been told that engineers cannot enter the property at the moment to carry out this work.
Don't know what to believe at the moment, has anybody else had any similar issues and can anybody advise me what to do next
