blurb in the email  "Your new services have already started. You've got 14 days to cancel from the date we sent this email without being charged for ending your contract early."

Re: G.INP affecting certain eci modems, resulting in a drop in sync rate and other issues

after a week or 2 with G.INP enabled, ive had stupid pings ranging from 1 to over a 100, now my line is exactly how it was before G.INP was turned on, its made no difference what so ever.

Could be worse...  and have 14mbs shaved off your line and 20ms added to it - after 3 years of perfect sync.

Well just had my new BT HH5 in the post, oh the joy it's a type A lol. Phoned up CS again I've gotta wait another 2/3 days if it's not a type B this time then it's off to another ISP simple as that BT. 😤😤

Don't want to say I told you so but...... and you will still only have a 50/50 chance that the next one is HH5b.
