If your cabinet is ECI it doesn't have G.INP on it so "it works" is a bit inconclusive.

It works as in my max data rate has gone from 46M at 6dB to 48M at 9.3dB on a capped line.

 

How have you arrived at the conclusion my cabinet is an ECI one?

As far as I'm aware, my cabinet is an Huawei. However, if you would care to post pictures of both types, I can confirm.

are you sure about cool off?  did you check before agreeing as recontracting does not usually have a cooling off

A HH5 Type B will work well with G.INP although I saw Bob Pullen reporting some difficulties with DMZ with port forwarding.
