I have notice BTw checker has gained extra speed on G.fast now.

Before:
80 / 72.6 20 / 19
80 / 69.9 20 / 19
186.3 / 147.3 25.9 / 10.3
145.1 / 96.5 16.7 / 8

Now:
80 / 77.2 20 / 19
80 / 75.7 20 / 19
330 / 330 50 / 43.5
330 / 324.7 50 / 31.3

all 12 houses use to be estimated speed of 80-65 / 20-19 and 330-170 / 50-8 but now they all getting 80-77 / 20-19 and 330-300 / 50-43

Maybe your G.fast has improvement extra speed?

Unfortunately mine hasn't changed on the g.fast side however the VDSL Low downstream as well as the handback threshold has gained an extra 3.5Mbps 🙂 Yours is definitely a big jump! 😄

Someone posted on other forum saying: Yes I've seen it before. It happens all the time as more data is fed into the checker.

It's actually good to see something is being done over here as in the last few month the whole area has been complaining about slow connections, dropouts etc... Except me because my line is still rock stable... 😎🤞👌

Apparently Openreach is planning to start building their full fibre network in our town and aiming to finish until 2024. So fingers crossed that will happen. 🙏😄

We have a local newspaper and they got the information from Openreach apparently. So I don't know if this will happen or not but it's always good to hear these kind of news 😄
