Getting 55/10 speeds since contract renewal - used to get 76/18

Hi,

My contract renewal came into effect yesterday - like for like, but now I notice that my connection is slower and it's showing as 55/10 in the route status, whereas it used to be 76/18. I was one of the ones who got the free Infinity speed upgrade last year. Is this coincidence, or have they downgraded my connection?

Hi Neil,

Thanks for looking into this - the upstream is now ok and showing 20 in the router. However, downstream is only showing as 57.70 rather than the 76 or so that it previously ran on.

Would you be able to follow this up again?
