We have 1mb/s internet from copper cables, 1 mile from the green box where fibre is in our village. A few of the houses here have REIN interference from 5pm until 7am cutting out our internet completely. BT open reach have closed the case leaving us stuck with no internet. How do we push to get this resolved and request fibre connection to our properties? Many thanks.
