Getting nowhere near the speed we are paying for

Hi 

We have Fibre 250 package and we are only getting on average between 30Mbps and 140 Mbps, fastest I have ever seen is 180 but it dropped back down during the test.
It doesn't matter which PC we use or whether its on Wifi or Ethernet cable. PCs are new and high spec.
The online troubleshooter is useless, first it says it cannot find the hub so cannot run the speedtest, then after selecting Yes I'd like to check my connection it finds the hub then runs a speed test but no results that I can see.

This is what we are supposed to get:

Normal available speeds
Your normal available download speed will be 300 Mbps
Your normal available upload speed will be 49 Mbps

Your minimum guaranteed download speed will be 150 Mbps

You need to phone the FTTP team on 08005874787 as forum mods cannot help with these cases
