No I havn't tried that, recently I have been having 'few' disconnects & didn't want to 'rock the boat'
But as my VDSL has just done its thing after 21 days...........
I'll give it a go:smileywink:
In my case, the "5A-FixMajorUpgrade-4.1" etc. file was downloaded on 30 December. But my HH5 hasn't moved on to the new firmware. I'm inclined to think that the "FixMajorUpgrade" file is something that needs to be in place before the new firmware is installed, rather than being the new firmware itself. But who knows?
What seems to be different in your case is the multiple downloading of the file and the fact that your "Last updated" date aparently reflects when you downloaded the FixMajorUpgrade file - because the date for me is still last August.
As John says - and as I suggested yesterday - a reboot (if you haven't had one for a while) might get things unstuck.
.204 it is.
Now let us see!
I hope that it helps with the disconnect thing. Then, if, my wife can have her b****y BT TV.
The TR069 log showed a lot of 'Download' when I did a restart so I think you are correct.
I now have to figure out what the TV thing entails. I am out of contract.
My hh5 has just rebooted and now shows software updated 21/01/15 but showing old version still
Look at post 50 and check your TR069 log.
If you get stuff like that try a restart after a couple of entries.
