HH5 Resetting daily

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their HomeHub 5 resetting/rebooting?

My started to reboot itself a few months and the frequency is increasing.

It is now rebooting almost daily!

Very annoying when your busy online getting sudenly kicked off.

It also happens when there is no traffic, like last night I was awake when I saw the HH5 flash orange and my mobile phone vibrated to indicate it has lost Wifi.

The eventlog is full of information that I don't understand. for example

08:45:37, 06 Dec. IN: BLOCK [16] Remote administration (TCP 192.186.133.75:31301->86.183.252.12:8080 on ppp3)

But if I filter for boot events you can see the frequency of the reboots

Any ideas on how I can get help on this issue.

Re: HH5 Resetting daily

I suggest you try a factory reset of the hub

Re: HH5 Resetting daily

can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post stats 1-12 please  your wifi lease time is set to renew daily have you tried changing that in HH5 to renew every 21 days?

Re: HH5 Resetting daily

It should only revert to 1 day after a factory reset and should maintain the 21 days with a simple restart

Re: HH5 Resetting daily

There is something wrong with the 5A software-wise - I've had two of them on a line that is perfectly stable with a 4, and they both restart like this (same error messages etc) pretty much every day.

Setting the lease timer long won't change the reboot rate....
