HH5 blue light no internet

Thanks. Will try to split it now - I see an 'unknown' currently connected to the 5Ghz - what would that likely be??

Just googled : assume that's the skybox but not sure why that would need wifi connection?

Ok so have done both as you suggested. It's still connected now. Do you know if there's anything else I can do/check? Don't want it dropping again when I'm not here to help.
