HH5 dropping connection 5 times a day

I’ve scoured this forum and saw someone else who did all of the following and ended up with a replacement router which solved their problem.

I’ve done the quiet line test and the line is silent. Below are the first 12 lines from troubleshooting / helpdesk:

1. Product name: BT Home Hub
2. Serial number: +068342+NQ34259226
3. Firmware version: Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.236.1.2 (Type A) Last updated 13/07/17
4. Board version: BT Hub 5A
5. DSL uptime: 0 days, 00:17:20
6. Data rate: 19978 / 55749
7. Maximum data rate: 21147 / 60662
8. Noise margin: 6.0 / 3.7
9. Line attenuation: 18.6 / 16.0
10. Signal attenuation: 18.6 / 15.5
11. Data sent/received: 10.1 GB / 64.1 GB
12. Broadband username: bthomehub@btbroadband.com

If anyone can help with possible solutions I’d be very grateful. Thanks!

@AndyBird  I'm sorry to see that your connection is dropping. Have you tried connecting your Hub to the test socket to see if this helps?

really surprised your connection speed is as good compared to attainable if dropping 5 times on a daily basis  you would normally expect a high noise margin and probably a banded profile
