Twice in the last month whilst we've been away our BT homehub 6 has been unreachable, which we've noticed when we've been trying to access CCTV and IP camera's etc. On returning there has been a solid amber light on the Homehub which was seemingly resolved by restarting the router. Although this has happened very occasionally before, not this frequently ie it's happened twice in the last few weeks, both while away which is a big frustration with our smart systems not being reachable. Any ideas, or similar experiences....or is the HH6 faulty?
Thanks 🙂

Hi @Stukrugen ,
Thanks for posting the stats. Everything looks ok so I suspect you may have an intermittent fault which will be difficult to pin down. Your best bet is to keep an eye on things and hope the connection drops when you're there. If that happens check for any noise on the line and let us know.
Cheers
David
I thought that the 14 day reboot was a regular thing with BT kit, or at least it used to be, my hh6 used to get stuck with the green light of doom which is why I switched back to the hh5 and later retired it for a 3rd party replacement.
