Help I’ve been without internet nearly a month

Hi,

So I moved house at the beginning of June and ordered my broadband package on the 25th May, I was given an activation date of 6th June. The whole of June has been constant delays all caused by mistakes by BT and I was finally given an activation date of 29th June. Had a message from an engineer saying switch your hub on, midnight passed still no internet. Rang this morning and BT are expecting delays of minimum another week?!

This is an absolute joke I’m looking at 5 weeks minimum without internet and I’m paying a bill for it at the same time?!

How is this in anyway acceptable? Absolute joke. Could someone please help me get this resolved ASAP and let me know how I can get compensated?
