Help please - Fibre broadband dropping out at peak times

My BT fibre was working fine until I had a free speed boost. Now every evening it is dropping out 2-3 times up to 12-15 times a night. The blue light becomes a flashing orange light on my home hub. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

Thank you

Re: Help please - Fibre broadband dropping out at peak times

can you post stats from your router  if hh6 then go to advanced settings then technical log admin

are you using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps by eliminating your internal wiring

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone

Re: Help please - Fibre broadband dropping out at peak times

Try a quiet line test 17070 option 2, any noise report a line fault on 151 do not mention broadband. Best with corded phone.

That won't matter as it's the connection stats we are looking for not the router log.
